Each charm spends 8+ hours in hand-finishing — filed, sanded through progressive grits, then polished with tripoli and rouge compounds. That hand-polished mirror finish is something machine finishing simply cannot replicate.
Yggdrasil — the World Tree of Norse mythology — connects the nine realms in Old Norse cosmology. This flat cast charm measures 3/4" x 7/8" and renders the great ash tree with its spreading branches and deep roots in detailed silver relief. The Eddas describe Yggdrasil as the axis around which all existence revolves.
For the person of faith who wants to wear their beliefs close, this charm works beautifully on a bracelet, as a necklace pendant, or paired with ear wires for earrings. The attached sterling silver jump ring makes it ready to wear right out of the box.
