Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Exchanges ship out the same day we receive your return.

What items can be returned?
We accept returns on all unworn, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be free of damage, alterations, or signs of use. Charms, beads, findings, and chains are all eligible as long as they haven't been incorporated into a jewelry project.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items that have been worn, altered, or used in a project are also non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we're happy to help.
What if my order arrived damaged?
We're sorry if that happened! Take a photo of the damage and contact us right away. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item. We inspect every order before shipping, but occasionally things happen in transit.
How do exchanges work?
Contact us with your order number and let us know what you'd like to exchange for. We'll confirm availability and give you the return address. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement the same day. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1 business day. It then takes 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend USPS First Class Mail, which is affordable and includes tracking. For damaged or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost.
Can I return items purchased on Etsy?
Yes! The same 30-day return policy applies to orders placed through our Etsy shop. Just message us on Etsy or email info@xinar.com with your order details.
What if I received the wrong item?
We'll fix it right away. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
