A perched owl cast in solid .925 sterling silver, Made in USA — sacred to Athena and a symbol of wisdom since the ancient Greeks first stamped it on their coins. This 3D charm weighs 2.3 grams and stands 7/8" tall.

Each charm starts as a hand-sculpted wax original that captures the owl's distinctive features — large forward-facing eyes, tufted ears, and layered feather texture. The wax is encased in plaster, burned away at 1,350 degrees, and replaced with molten sterling silver under centrifugal force. After casting, each piece moves through progressive hand-finishing: rough filing, tripoli compound, rouge polish, and a final buff to mirror brightness. A sterling silver jump ring is included and attached.

The owl measures 7/8" x 1/2" and captures the bird perched and alert, head slightly turned in that characteristic watchful pose. Every feather row is distinct, and the large round eyes are the focal point of the design — just as they would be on a real great horned owl in the wild.
