The Moon Rider — cast in solid .925 sterling silver and proudly Made in USA through traditional lost-wax casting.
Each piece begins as a hand-sculpted wax model, encased in investment plaster, and burned out at 1,350 degrees before molten sterling silver is poured at over 1,640 degrees Fahrenheit. A centrifugal caster generates roughly 50 G's of force to push molten silver into every fine detail — a 6,500-year-old technique dating back to ancient Egypt and Rome.
