Cast flat in .925 sterling silver using a lost-wax process that itself dates back 6,500 years, the charm measures 5/8" x 5/8" and weighs 1.9 grams. Each piece begins with a wax model encased in investment plaster, which is heated to 1,350 degrees to remove the wax before molten silver fills its place. Individual hand-polishing after casting brings the character's strokes to a bright, lasting finish. A sterling silver jump ring comes included and attached. Made in USA.
