Each helmet is lost-wax cast from a hand-sculpted wax model. The mold is burned out at 1,350 degrees before molten sterling silver fills the cavity at over 1,640 degrees. Hand-polishing through progressive stages — filing, tripoli, rouge, buff — completes each piece individually.
