After casting at over 1,640 degrees, each snowboard is hand-finished through progressive polishing stages. The board's twin-tip shape, binding mounts, and edge detail are polished while preserving the textured surface that distinguishes this charm from a flat piece of metal.
Snowboarding was invented by Sherman Poppen in 1965 when he bolted two skis together for his daughter. By 1998, it was an Olympic sport. The culture it spawned — half-pipe, slopestyle, backcountry riding — redefined winter sport. This charm captures the twin-tip profile at 1/4" x 7/8". A sterling silver jump ring comes included and attached.
