Measuring 3/4" x 0.69", the 3D lost-wax casting captures the presser foot, needle bar, thread spool, hand wheel, and base plate in a single miniature recreation. Lost-wax casting — a technique practiced for over 6,500 years — produces the sculptural depth required to render this many mechanical details at small scale. Each piece is then hand-polished through four progressive stages to a bright finish. A sterling silver jump ring is included and attached.
