A scuba diver in full gear — tank, mask, fins, and regulator — cast in .925 sterling silver and Made in USA. At 2.4 grams and 1 1/8" tall, this 3D charm captures the diver mid-descent.
The level of detail in this charm — individual fin straps, tank valve, mask strap — is only possible through lost-wax casting, where a hand-sculpted wax original captures every element before being cast in solid silver. Each piece is then hand-polished to a bright finish.
Recreational scuba diving opened the underwater world to millions after Jacques Cousteau co-invented the Aqua-Lung in 1943. This charm depicts a fully equipped diver in a classic swimming pose, showing the BCD, tank, and split fins at 1 1/8" x 3/8". A sterling silver jump ring comes included and attached.
