Molten sterling silver at over 1,640 degrees fills a mold cavity left by a hand-carved wax original — a process that captures textures and contours stamping cannot reproduce. Every piece passes through a multi-stage hand-finishing sequence: rough filing, tripoli compound buffing, rouge polish, and a final buff to bring out a mirror-bright finish.
The peace symbol — designed in 1958 by Gerald Holtom for the British nuclear disarmament movement — has become a universal icon of harmony. This pendant renders the familiar circle-and-lines design in flat-cast sterling silver at 1 1/2" x 1".
