Every charm in this series begins as a wax carving, then enters a furnace at over 1,640 degrees Fahrenheit where the wax burns away and molten sterling silver fills the mold. After casting, each piece is individually filed, sanded, and polished by hand until it reaches a mirror-bright finish — a process that takes hours per batch.
