After cooling, each charm requires 8 or more hours of hand-finishing per batch — filing, sanding, and polishing through multiple compounds to achieve its final luster.

The jack-o'-lantern — America's favorite Halloween symbol — carved and grinning in hand-applied orange and black enamel over sterling silver. At 0.69" x 7/8" and 3.1 grams, this is one of the larger enamel charms in the collection. Sterling silver jump ring attached.
