Each bead measures 0.625" x 0.625", and a set of four weighs roughly 8.5 grams, giving the beads a solid, substantial feel uncommon in ceramic this size. The 1.5–2mm hole suits beading wire and finer cords, and the kiln-fired glaze keeps its color through years of handling.
Painted one at a time by artisans in Peru, the beads show the gentle variation of true handwork — petals and tones shift slightly from piece to piece. Use them as focal drops in botanical earrings, or space them along a garden-themed bracelet where their color can carry the whole design.
One note for collectors: the workshop has discontinued this pattern, so current stock is the last of it. As always, they are sold in sets of four.
