A perched hawk rendered in solid .925 sterling silver, Made in USA by American artisans using lost-wax casting. At 2.5 grams, this 3D charm delivers the sharp detail of a raptor's piercing gaze, hooked beak, and powerful talons.
The lost-wax process begins with a hand-sculpted wax original encased in investment plaster. The wax is burned out at 1,350 degrees, and molten sterling silver is poured at over 1,640 degrees, filling every crevice of the mold. The centrifugal caster generates approximately 50 G's of force — enough to capture the fine texture of individual feathers across the hawk's chest and wings.
