The beads are built as 14/20 gold filled over a jewelers brass core, carrying a gold layer dramatically thicker than plating — a surface intended to withstand daily handling rather than rub through. Straight tubes come in 1x6mm, 1x8mm, 1x10mm, and 1x12mm lengths, joined by a 2x10mm Twist whose spiral adds a corkscrew of movement to the basic shape. Holes measure 0.036" on the 1mm tubes and 0.054" on the 2mm twists.
