The casting process generates roughly 50 G's of centrifugal force to fill every sculpted detail with molten sterling silver at over 1,640 degrees Fahrenheit. After cooling, each charm requires 8 or more hours of hand-finishing per batch — filing, sanding, and polishing through multiple compounds to achieve its final luster.

The German flag — black, red, and gold horizontal stripes in hand-applied enamel over sterling silver. At 1/2" x 5/8", the flat design wears comfortably on a bracelet or chain. Sterling silver jump ring included.
