Molten sterling silver poured at over 1,640 degrees into a plaster investment mold produces dimensional depth that stamping cannot achieve. Each piece is then hand-polished to a mirror finish — rough filing, tripoli, rouge, and a final buff.
Concho designs originated with Navajo silversmiths who adapted Mexican and Spanish silver traditions to create a distinctly Southwestern aesthetic. The word itself comes from the Spanish 'concha,' meaning shell, reflecting the shape's origin.
