The sculpting begins as a hand-built wax model, encased in investment plaster, burned out at 1,350 degrees, then replaced by molten sterling silver under roughly 50 G's of centrifugal force. That pressure drives silver into every fine tooth along the guide bar, producing crisp detail visible from both faces of the charm. At 3.7 grams and measuring 1" x 1/2", it carries genuine heft — nothing flimsy about it.
