The casting process generates roughly 50 G's of centrifugal force to fill every sculpted detail with molten sterling silver at over 1,640 degrees Fahrenheit. After cooling, each charm requires 8 or more hours of hand-finishing per batch — filing, sanding, and polishing through multiple compounds to achieve its final luster.

Old Glory in miniature — the stars and stripes rendered in red, white, and blue hand-applied enamel over sterling silver. The flag's details are captured in 3D at a compact 1/2" x 1/2". Comes with an attached sterling silver jump ring.
