Molten sterling silver fills the mold at over 1,640 degrees Fahrenheit, forced by centrifugal pressure to capture fine sculptural details that stamping and machine pressing cannot achieve. After casting, each piece is individually filed, sanded, and polished by hand — rough filing, then tripoli compound, then rouge polish, then a final buff to a mirror-bright finish. The attached sterling silver jump ring is ready for your chain or bracelet.
Alpacas have been domesticated in the Andes for over 6,000 years, prized for their impossibly soft fiber and calm temperament.
