Each charm spends 8+ hours in hand-finishing — filed, sanded through progressive grits, then polished with tripoli and rouge compounds. That hand-polished mirror finish is something machine finishing simply cannot replicate.

The Jolly Roger — the skull-and-crossbones flag flown by pirates from the 17th century onward — is cast here in 3D sterling silver at 5/8" x 1/2". The flag was designed to terrify merchant ships into surrender without a fight. Every fold of the flag and contour of the skull is visible in the casting.
